2. Description of Service

ScoreRaptor is a credit monitoring platform that displays credit report and credit score information sourced from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion, and provides tools such as a score simulator and account action items to help you understand your credit profile. ScoreRaptor is a credit monitoring tool, not a credit repair organization as defined under federal or state law. We display the data your credit bureaus report; we do not dispute, remove, or alter that data on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the applicable jurisdiction to create an account and use the Service.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate identity information so we can verify you with our credit bureau partners.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access another person's credit information, interfering with the platform's normal operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Score Simulator and Estimates

The Score Simulator and any projected point changes are educational estimates only. They are not produced by, licensed from, or endorsed by FICO, VantageScore, or any credit bureau, and actual results from any action you take may differ from the estimate shown.

7. Correspondence Tools

Where the Service allows you to generate letters or other correspondence addressed to a credit bureau or creditor, that correspondence is prepared for your own review, editing, and use. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of any information before sending it.

8. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data supplied by third-party credit bureaus.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreRaptor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
